MEETINGS & EVENTS

Regular General Monthly Meetings
Regular general monthly membership meetings of the 150 CEO Council Members are usually on the second Thursdays of each month, 7-9AM, at the Centre Club.  These meetings are for networking at the highest level and include an hour of professional development with a cutting-edge speaker on a wide range of topics.

Roundtables
Roundtables are a format in which 10-15 of the same members (in non-competing businesses) get together monthly to discuss one or two of the members' hottest issues or problems, with the help of a group of peers, in a completely confidential and safe environment.  There are currently nine roundtables, which are held the third Tuesdays of every month from 7:30-9:30AM at the Centre Club and from 12:00-1:30PM at Bay Cities Bank, the Centre Club and the University Club; third Thursdays of every month at 7:45-9:30AM at the Centre Club, from 12:00-1:30PM at Lindell Properties and from 12:00-2:00PM at the Templeton Building (Pinellas members only) ; and 2 meetings on third Fridays of every month from 7:45-9:30AM at the Centre Club. R-Nights
R-Nights are a "Happy Hour" concept, usually on the fourth Tuesday or Thursday of every month, 5:30-7:30pm, at varying locations. Members need not make reservations.  "No agendas, no formalities and no solicitation" is the rule.  It's a casual, fun night for members-only (and prospective member guests) to get together.

R-Groups
Members are encouraged to get to know members, and to host them at their place of business.  With assistance from the CEO Council office, a member may choose a date, time and place to host their gathering, and select invitees.  The host picks up the tab.  A fun and PERSONAL topic is up for discussion, guaranteed to help members get to know each other as something more than their CEO titles!

Board Meetings 
The business of the CEO Council organization is conducted by a Board of Directors for the benefit of the membership, usually on the first Thursdays of every other month, 7:45-9:00AM, Centre Club. Members who would like an issue discussed by the Board are encouraged to call the Chairman or the Executive Director at 813-258-5999 and "lay it on the line."  

Other Events
There are three "Socials" a year - outings with spouses, and sometimes whole families, for entertainment and casual fun. There is also an annual spring Golf Outing for members to take a day and enjoy sporting competition and cameraderie.  We also partake in co-sponsorships with other organizations on events with interesting topics, on occasion, for the benefit of our members.
